I have received a faulty/ incorrect/ defective item. What should I do?
At Rezoni, we thoroughly check your order for any faults or defects before shipping them to you. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@rezoni.com with the following details:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear images & short video of the damaged or incorrect product
Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away. -
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, absolutely. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to decide if the product is right for you. If you wish to return the product, please email us at hello@rezoni.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the reason for your return.
To complete your return, we require the following:
* Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
* Provide tracking details for your return shipment within the same 7-day period.
NOTE : Tracking details are a must to track the return order & courier charges for the return will be borne by the customer. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we would not take liability for the same. -
I have placed an order for an incorrect phone case/AirPods model. What can I do?
We request you to please confirm your device model before placing an order. Since each of our products is customized, we will be unable to process any returns/exchanges in case of a wrongly ordered product.
How to return:
1.Simply email us at hello@rezoni.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address.
2.Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please write your order number on the outside of the package.
3.Ship your return package using a traceable carrier. Please email the tracking details to hello@rezoni.com once the return shipment has been made.
4.Once we receive your package and the tracking details, we will verify the product and promptly initiate the refund process.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the package. The amount will be refunded to your original form of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via IMPS/Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe.
